The Municipality undertakes to make the section relating to its services compliant with the criterion C.SE. 4.1 – Speed and response times, the improvement measures relate to the following points relating to the metrics in the reports produced with Lighthouse PageSpeed Insights:

• First Contentful Paint (FCP)The JS and CSS resources that block the first display of the page will be optimized and the loading of only the resources necessary for the correct display of the page will be implemented.
• Total Blocking Time (TBT)JS resources will be optimised and fragmented so that they can only be loaded when needed.
• Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)Width and height attributes will be added to images that do not report them.
• Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)The JS and CSS resources that block the first display of the page will be optimized and the loading of only the resources necessary for the correct display of the page will be implemented.
• Speed Index (SI)The infrastructure hosting the application and associated services will be re-engineered to make them more performing.

The time frame for implementation are expected by 31/03/2026.
