This site is called www.comune.....................it (from now on: “Site”)

This site is not a newspaper as it is updated without any fixed periodicity, exclusively on the basis of the availability of the material. It cannot therefore be considered an editorial product within the meaning of Law No 62 of 7 March 2001.’

The site was created exclusively for the purpose of informing about the activities of the Municipality of …………………….(from now on: “the Authority”), offer online services and receive no compensation of any kind, direct or indirect. The purpose is to provide an overview of the body’s data, as well as what can be found on the web and to facilitate the search for sites of various kinds (excluding sites with pornographic, illegal content, etc.). It cannot be guaranteed that a document available online exactly reproduces an officially adopted text, therefore only the texts of legislation and/or administrative acts published in paper editions are authentic.

This site is created in a WordPress environment (https://it.wordpress.org/), open source CMS, based on the Design Italia model, which integrates the components of Bootstrap Italia, modified and customized by Halley Veneto s.r.l., based in Viale della Stazione n. 2 – Marcon (VE), P.IVA and C.F. 02808610279.

• The theme was born with the primary objective of complying with the Agency’s new design guidelines for Digital Italy, issued by the Digital Transformation Team and the characteristics for the web services of the Public Administration contained in the Three-Year Plan for IT in the Public Administration 2022/2024.

It is an open-source and free solution, provided without any guarantee, with an AGPL-3.0 licence, which can be modified under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License, published by the Free Software Foundation, (version 3 or higher), in particular under the GNU Affero General Public License, which can be found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/

We invite you to contact the editorial staff if the elements (images, music and other) that appear on this site are covered by rights protected by current regulations, in such a way that the elements will be duly recognized to the copyright holders, through the reporting of the original source, or will be immediately removed.
